We just started using text to speech, we seem to prefer Julie as our voice.
Some common terms we are having difficulty getting Julie to pronounce, correctly. Like HIPAA. Who has had this issue and resolved it?
BTW, 835 is a common term that Julie pronounces "eight-hundred and thirty five." Which would be correct english; however anyone working in database that relates to healthcare, HR, HIPPA will be familiar; we needed to adjust that to be "eight 35."
Can anyone help us with pronunciation of HIPAA?

Add a space between the 8 and 35.
You can also write things out phonetically. So like "Hippa 8 35"

My question is how do we get Julie to pronounce HIPAA.
We solved the 835 issue, quickly. That is done.
I need to know how to have Julie properly pronounce HIPAA.
