I am going to publish my project as Video

But after publishing I see that quality is not good

Can you help me ?

My project is blank, Captivate version 2019

When you publish as a video it will only publish to the resolution of the project. For example, if your project is 1024 x 627 you will have a video that is below HD resolution. Consider increasing the size of your project and using images and other objects appropriate for the larger sized project.

Beware about the consequences: increasing video size means increasing file size. Just a warning.
