I've been testing a new CBT.  One user failed the quiz at the end of the CBT with a score of 80.  Then on the second attempt she scored 100 on the quiz, however, the LMS registered her score as 91.  Any ideas why this is happening?  I have Send Data Tracking at End selected within the Quiz settings.

Check the Advanced Interaction panel (F9) to see if the Total score corresponds with what you expect. You may have some interactive objjects whch have a score attached.

Data us sent at the last frame of the score slide. Do you have at least one slide after that score slide, and did you keep all the embedded objects on that slide. Especially the Continue button is important.

Another thing to check is whether or not the LMS is averaging the scores for each attempt.  Some LMSs allow this (Moodle for example).  If the first score was 80 and the second was 100 then an average of about 90 would make sense.
