Your question was moved from the original location to the user forums of Captivate. Did you reach out to Adobe? Do you have Adminisntrator rights, are you installing on your system, which version of Captivate 9 (there were 3 versions), on which OS?

I have administrative rights and I need to install it in my computer

version 9.0.2.437 (32 bit)

it was installed on my old PC then I signed out

in order to install it in the new pc but every time I failed to install it

I really need your assistant , I have a lot of project need to be completed

Seems to be linked with MathMagic. I don't remember exactly (have no CP9 anymore) if 9 was the last version including it.

You still use the 32-bit version, cannot you install the 64 bit since you have a new system?
