The presentation start with a video, if the user mouse pass over it, the video controls bar appear. Is there a way to remove it?

I didn't upload it from youtube so I don't think I can use "Hide controls" .

Hi,

can you confirm the version of Captivate and the Operating System you are using?

Can you also confirm the type, format and platform you will use to export the finished product to?

Old post. Insert the video as slide video, not event video if you want to control it with Captivate's default playbar. Event video needs its dedicated control panel, is not controlled by Captivate.
