Hi !

I've been having an unusual problem with Captivate 2019 (v 11.5.1.499)

If I want to remove a defective audion file attached to a slide, whether I recorded

it into the program or attached it as an mp3, the program won't let me replace the

old file with new. It hangs onto the old file for dear life. I even delected the slide,

replaced the text, attached a new audio file, but it keeps reverting to the old.

Anyone have this issue ?

Can you please update to 11.5.5.553?

Did you also delete the old audio file in the Library? Has the new file the same name? Do not do that, use another name.
