Rescaling project causes Captivate to crash

Hello everyone,,

I'm using the 2019 release of Captivate on a MacBook Pro (Catalina).

I need to rescale some projects to 650 (maintained aspect ratio) from 1024x768. There's average 150 slides in each project. It's not a responsive project because I need the projects published in .exe.

Whenever I try rescaling, it crashes Captivate when I tick the Rescale Objects setting. Otherwise, rescaling works fine. But, this is a problem since I have to rescale 9 projects and it'd take so much time to manually layout everything again.

Advice please? 😞 I'm new to using Captivate btw.

Here's the error message: https://pastebin.com/xZ2Rq2Xu

Hi Jawani

I quote from this thread:

"Adobe Captivate (2019 release) is not supported on macOS Catalina 10.15, which Apple released on October 7th, 2019.

Adobe will soon be releasing the free update for Adobe Captivate (2019 release) users that will support macOS Catalina 10.15."
