Resume feature not working when published from Captivate 2019

Hi,

I am using Adobe Captivate 2019 (11.5.0.476).

I published the course (non SCORM) with settings "Self Paced Learning - Checked" and "Never Send Resume Data - Unchecked".

  1. When I run the course in Google Chrome locally, the resume feature is not working.Even the resume pop-up is not showing. It starts from beginning every time when I launch it.
  2. On the other hand, when I run the same course in Internet Explorer locally, it shows the resume pop-up and works fine, but the layout is very messy. Attached screenshot is for your reference.
