Hi..

How to readjust the screen after recording in a laptop??

I have recorded a software simulation for the dimensions 1280/760. One the recording is completed, the screens of the simulation are enlarged including the icons, buttons etc. I am doing this using a laptop.

Basically, screens are not looking the way they are supposed to be.

Please help me!!

Which OS do you use? Make sure that the display percentage is set to 100%. If you use Win10 it will often be changed to more than 100% to improve the readability. You do not mention which version of Captivate.

Can you show us screenshots of the difference you are seeing?

Are you doing screen capture of an app that is in a web browser or an app running on the desktop?  If a web browser app, have you checked the View percentage of the browser?  That might be more than 100%.
