Is there a way to send a Captivate Project you are working on to an individual (co-worker, boss) who does not have Captivate, but you need them to view your project and send you edits before you publish it? There has to be a way to do this. Is there a way they can "edit" or "comment" on parts of your project, like commenting on a Word doc?
Did you try Adobe Captivate Reviewer? It should be installed with Captivate. Reviewers don't need Captivate, but have to install an AIR app. They will be able to post comment, that you can import at your side.
Another work flow is to print handouts to Word (or convert to pdf) and send it over, but no easy way to import the comments in that case.
