Shared Action in Question Pool

I have got a template from my friend and wanted to use it in one of my project. I have created question slides and they are working OK with custom success/failure message but when I try to move those question to question pool in order to make random slide there is something strange happens,The custom success/failure message are not showing. I have tried to find out and notice that when I click on shared action there is empty entry,I have tried to find my success/failure variable but are not available in the list. How to make those variables available in question pool?

You won't be able to that with slides that are in a question pool.  These questions will need to be using standard question slide functionality.

If I choose to use standard question slide is there any way I can randomize?

Rod is correct that this cannot just be used as it worked for normal question slides.

Can I see the action itself, please? I have been using shared actions in pool questions, not sure that I can find a workaround for this use case, but could have a look.
