Slide Audio window in Captivate partially populated

I’m having an issue with Captivate where the Slide Audio window is partially populated and can’t be closed due to missing buttons on the bottom right of the window. I believe it’s a display issue because there are certain display settings that allow me to see partial bottom buttons on the left but not the right. I am working remotely from a laptop that is linked to my office workstation. None of my colleagues are having this issue. what could be the problem??

You didin't increase the size in another way, like by using CTRL-mousewheel? What is the resolution setting of the screen?
