I have a project that on two slides does not show the text in smart shapes I've used as text captions when the project is played in Chrome.  It is only on two slides.  When the project is played in IE the text is visible.

I'm using Captivate 2019.

Calibri is not a websafe font. Wonder if that is the problem? Is it dynamic text? Did you read this:

There are some strange things going on in Chrome. What about Firefox? Or Edge?

The theme is the blank one.  The text font in the smart shape is Calibri regular.  The text shows on all the slides but these two.  Also, the text shows when the project is played on IE.  It is blank on these two slide in Chrome.

The actual standard at work is IE.  No Edge sometimes Firefox or Chrome.  All the text in this project is Calibri and other than these two smart shapes they all show.  Thanks for the help.
