Every so often, the Effects drop-down, in the Properties window disappears. Only once I restart Captivate does it reappear. Anyone else experience this? Any idea on how to resolve it?
Have no explanation, started to happen more frequently in version 11.5. Have already searched for an explanation, but it is not consistent. I have tried clearing the cache, cleaning preferences, restarting, to no avail.
