I installed Captivate 2019 for Windows, and although most functions work, I cannot A) use asset characters (the install stops at 50%) or B) upload Youtube videos. Part of me wants to go buy more RAM (bump it to 16) and see what happens. But I want to fix this and see it wor before I spend the money to buy a subscription. Ideas?
You should not need 16 gig of RAM to make Captivate work. It makes it work better, but it should still work with less RAM than that.
I would suggest that the issues you are experiencing might be related to an overzealous antivirus software blocking the features you are trying to use. Try disabling your Antivirus and THEN open Captivate and try again.
