Trouble with Stock Photos

I use stock photos I purchase online for some of my background photos.  When I go to preview the slide it is just a blank, white slide.  The background music still plays but nothing else shows up.  Is anyone having this problem?  I called Adobe twice and they keep saying the photo is corrupt.  That's not the issue.

Are you talking about Adobe Stock photos inserted in Captivate? I use Adobe Stock photos as well, but will always edit their resolution because mostly it will be too high: that means that you'll make the file size unnecessarily big.

Sorry for the delayed response.  No, I use 123rf.com.  I reduce the resolution as well.  I've even had trouble with photos I personally took.  It seems like the system thinks they are trademarked photos and won't let me use them.

That is really weird, never had any issues like that. Which format do you use: jpeg or png?

.jpg.  I think sometimes the photo file gets corrupted for whatever reason.  I've re-downloaded the photo again a couple times and seemed to work, but not every time.
