We have uninstalled Captivate Ver. 11 from last WIndows machine and trying to install it on New Windows machine but its not getting activated.
Can we have the solution?

Did you remember to deactivate the license from that first machine BEFORE you uninstalled it?

Yes user de-activated the application then uninstalled it.

#Now that I had re-installed the captivate on Old machine..and it is accepting the key. I am keeping the old machine with me
#I am also getting error message (E 205) on installing Creative Cloud Desktop application
#eRROR comes when it takes updates
