Today, my Video Demo feature won't open and closes Captivate 2019 each time I try to use it. I've rebooted the PC (Win 10) twice.
I am opening as Administrator too. I went to check for updates, which there is, but the Updater window never opens. Just takes me to Creative Suite Site to view my other Apps. I am on Captivate version 184.108.40.2069.
It had been working fine last week. My other options are working fine i.e. New Simualtion, Blank Project, etc.
Not sure it will solve the problem, but this week a patch was released which could help?
For me it solved some other bugs as well as the one mentioned.
I found (solved) the issue this morning. Similar along the lines of others finding a conflict with a LogiTech WebCam. I had recently installed Canon's new Web Cam utility and software. Once I uninstalled it, my Video Demo option started working again. So there's some type of conflict with Canon's software too.
Please do not put personal credentials on a public forum. I just took them out, but you posted it 2hrs ago.
