Would it be possible to control a captivate modules on a phone, using voice commands, such as "next, stop, pause..."

Interesting question, but have never tried it. I have no idea how that is really working.

It's not working. A company has proprietary app to run recipe software through a cell phone. The advancement of the instructions is voice acitivated.
