VR hotspots not displaying on work area

I'm starting to dig into Captivate's VR capabilities and am running across an issue where none of the Hotspot icons are displaying anywhere on my workspace. it appears on the timeline and I can adjust actions and properties, but it is not showing on the workarea itself.

I've loaded the VR Demo and all those hotspots display fine. It seems to be when I want to add my own that it doesn't seem to want to work.

Any ideas?

Hi,

This issue seems strange to me and sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please try clearing your preferences.

1.Go to: Installation folder->Utils->ClearPreferncesWin / ClearPreferncesMAC based on your OS.

2.Relaunch captivate

I am hoping this should resolve your issue. Let me know how this goes.

Thanks,

Charu

Can you tell which version you are using, as found under Help, About Captivate. There have been two updates.

I checked it out, coucln't reproduce the issue.  WOuld have suggested same recommendation as Charu offered. You'll need to have CP closed and with administrator rights.
