When I upload a video from my desktop, some of the components are not working

Hi

I have made an animation in goanimate and downloaded it successfully onto my desktop. I can view it successfully and complete in WMP. however, when I import it into Captivate 7, some of the animations disappear yet I still hear the audio and it cuts off the last 2 seconds of the video. What can I do to address this? thanks.

What is its format? Maybe you'll have to convert it with Adobe Media Player?

It cant be the format as it worked yesterday, and for the previous weeks worth of work, but not today when I am doing the last video.

Kinda frustrating as this is the last part yet its affecting all the videos I converted and downloaded. One character is absent, yet her voice is still on the strip.

Any other suggestions maybe?

Yeah thanks - I have redone my videos and they are all working again.... Just had to redo them for some reason.

The format was in WMP.
