My write in quiz answers created on Captivate are showing as "Unattempted" in my LMS. They reported perfectly fine until 2021, that's when it stopped reporting them in Adobe Captivate Prime. Wondering if there is something I can do on the Captivate side to make sure that we are able to see the write in responses in the LMS again.
Not sure if this is the correct forum for your question, since it looks like a Prime question. Could you please post it in the Prime forum?
If the same content was functioning fine until recently, and YOU haven't changed anything, then something else has changed, either at the LMS server or at end user's browsers.
Probably a good idea to do a quick test in SCORM Cloud to see if the same questions function OK there. If so, then the issue is with Captivate Prime.
If this content is SWF, then that is likely to be at the root of the issue too because Flash is no longer supported.
Captivate Prime said they are testing to find out where the issue is coming from and there are a couple of other customers reporting the same issue. It is something on their end.
