Characterizer bug

I've uploaded a face image to Charcterizer and get the following error (23.1x79): Capture file "face-capture.facecap" is invalid or corrupted and has been renamed to "face-capture 1.corrupted".

I have the same problem but when trying to load the example puppets with a message about c drive did you manage to resolve what 23.1 x/79 was all about?
