We cant open our project and get this error? can you please further advise?

If you can zip up the Ch Data/repo.noindex subdirectory of the project and (via private message) send me a download link, I can take a look and see if I can help figure out what went wrong and fix it. This is exceedingly rare with projects created with the last few versions of the software, but since Character Animator still supports using the old file format, it can still happen. In any case, I'd be happy to take a look.
