Mtion capture to Motion Library glitch

HI, I'm seeing a glitch when adding an animation from the Motion Library to my timeline, so when the playhead goes from my captured animation to the motion library animation the character jerks uncontrolably. This is with easeing on the animation for a smooth transition. When I add another animation from the library the transition from one library animation to the next is smooth. This only occurs when going from captured to library animation.

Any ideas of a workaround?
