Puppet isn't showing in Character Animator

All the components of my puppet are showing, but the puppet itself is not showing. I can see the tags for the different parts, but not the image itself. This only happens with this character, and the other characters from this show, but not characters from past shows.

This character (like all my characters) was made in Illustrator. I'm using the .ai file for the puppet. The file size is 4449 kb.

How do I fix this?
