Unable to open Character Animato 'the code execution can't proceed because OpenCL.dll was not found'

Please help! I can't open up Character Animator because  I get a system error: 'the code execution can't proceed because OpenCL.dll was not found'

I am writing this after googling, uninstalling, and reinstalling, and trying to find some advice here. It wasn't working for me.
