Adobe Character v3.0 not importing to After Effects mac OS

Hi, I was able to import the old version just fine but since upgrading Character it does not recognise the Dynamic Link Server and says project annot be opened. I just updated After Effects to v16.1.3 (latest version) also and restarted my mac. I'm still able to import old character version 2.11 but I have done all my edits to latest version so don't want spend ages recreating the recording again. I also created a test new project to make sure there was nothing wrong with my current one and same issue.

Any solution to this i'm overlooking?

Hi Ben,

Thanks for reaching out. The latest version of After Effects is 17.0 and Character Animator is 3.0. I assume that is why you are getting dynamic link related issues.

Could you check the issue after updating After Effects?
