Character Animator Support Problems
I have contacted Adobe customer care via chat multiple times and after being transferred to the correct area it was determined to call me back. That is pretty normal, but what is not acceptable is not calling at the agreed upon times or at least emailing back with “ I will get back to you at….” and doing it.
Basically support is not being provided and I am continually rearranging my time to be near the computer for support that doesn’t exit.
Please take care of this extremely unprofessional behavior.
