You have too many independent layers. Each crown (independent layer) says "I am a new mesh that will attach to the parent mesh". If the parent has all children that are independent, the parent mesh is size zero. There is nothing to attach to!! Everything starts floating away. As soon as you see a layer with all children independent, it is usually wrong. There should be *some* artwork that contributes to the mesh.

So normally Body is not independent. The face skin is not independent. Then things like eyes and mouth can attach to the face background (skin).

Thanks legend! 😊  I will incorporate that , it sort of just started working 🤷🏾‍:female_sign: but I'm gonna make less independent layers that seemed to have had something to do with it fixing itself ( p.s. I was just clicking stuff 😆)

Yes. Pins on the "root mesh" stop it from moving (good for feet etc). But pins on a nested mesh pin it to the parent mesh. (A new mesh is started each independent layer.) I would start with everything not independent, then when you want a hinge joint for the hip or shoulder, if you want the head to pivot, etc then you add independence for those layers. It stops warping of the parent from affecting the child (and vice versa). E.g. the eye pupils you want to move, so should be independent. You do end up frequently with a lot of independent layers, but there is logic to it (its not random).

Oh, and the character root should always be independent.
