Any change in Photoshop File for puppet (Chad) is not working back in Character Animator

I tried to flapped face background layer with my own without any change in the photoshop files and other layers, and imporing back in to CA, I get puppet in my scene but strangely, face background layer is flashing (Opasity on/off)
