Arm comes off of torso

I've done everything I know and I even used another puppet I have as an example (that one works well), but this arm just comes off everytime I move it (like the first picture). I seriously need help!!!

Check your  original file layers and see if you have a hidden arm.

Would it be possible to export your puppet and share it through a file sharing service link like drop box or google drive? 

Something else I noticed - why aren't the arms part of the body group?
