Blue Screen at startup when choosing a prepared character

I am getting a Windows blue Death Screen when i am opening Character Animater.

Error Code: System_Service_Exception

Cause: lvuvc64.sys

 

I also tried it with Character Animater 22.1.1 and also with 22.0.
Also all Nvidia Graphic Driver (Studio for Geforece 3090) and WIn 10 are up tp date. 

 

Any suggestions?
