Body Tracking for Legs not working After Rigging

Hi there,

I have made sure that each leg is independent, i do not have any fixed points; I've enabled body and limb IK behaviors but for the life of me cannot figure out why the legs do not move.

I've attached videos and pictures of the rigging set up i have along with the mesh.

Bonus question if you have time: why do my shoulders go all wonky/scrunch up when i move my hands? I tried changing attach style from Weld to Hinge but it made it even worse.

Thanks a ton in advance

I looked at your screenshot. It looks like there is no heel tag on your foot.

Please try to add a heel tag for the sake of it!スクリーンショット 2022-06-03 17.59.11.png

Not sure, but have you tried turning on the hip and knee controls? I noticed they were turned off in video. I am wondering if wants to find the hips first, then look for the legs. Most behaviors you can look at the "handles" section (expand it) and you will see what it found in your puppet to control. If it did not find the feet, that is where I would look.

Regarding the arms, not sure, but the fact that you click on "Body" and the yellow outline is a rectangle is typically a bad sign. It indicates it has not found the mesh outline for your artwork correctly. If you select an arm, what is the yellow outline for an arm? How much does it overlap with the body? Etc. If not much overlap in artwork between the body and the arms, it can struggle. But I would start from the basics and make sure when you select layers, the yellow outline hugs the outline of your artwork. If not, warping the mesh will look ugly.

I forgot to mention I had tried hip control and it didn't work. Hadn't tried knee control. The issue turned out to be I forgot to place heel tags.

Regarding the arms, do you know how I can fix the yellow outline turning into a rectangle? Or what kinds of keywords I can use to search for tutorials to learn more about this topic? I had a Fiverr artist make the puppet.
