BUG: Virtual Camera Not Recognized

Using Windows 11 and CA 22.1.1

Using OBS Virtual Camera. My other programs are detecting the virtual camera, but Character Animator is not. I know it works because here is a post that shows how to do it:

How can I get this to work?
