Hi all!

I just signed up for adobe suite.  In Charactor animator, my webcam(s) don't appear,it says "no camera detected" but it's working fine in Zoom and Skype. I tried with both at a time with the other one disconnected, but no luck.  They both work fine in other softwares.  I run windows 10.  All drivers are up to date, firmwares too.  Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

I found an old webcam that I had laying around and that one is working. Thanks!

Glad to hear you were able to work this out!

Sometimes there are compatability issues with certain webcams where Windows 10 doesn't fully recognize them.

One test for compatability is to use the built-in Windows "Camera" app. (Go to the Windows Search bar and enter "Camera" and click on the app to launch it.)

If your camera shows up in the Windows Camera app then it should be compatible with Character Animator.

Hope this helps.
