Can I animate head position to match manual walk cycle?

Hi all,

I want to hand-draw the individual frames of my puppet's walk cycle. To achieve this, I can use the cycle layers behaviour and trigger the walk cycle in a swap set (with "standing" and "walking" groups).

However, the frame-by-frame animation involves the torso and neck bobbing up and down, so I need to animate the attach point for the puppet's head to match the motion of my walk cycle.

I can add the transform behaviour to my puppet's head to manually sync the head position, but I would have to do this in every timeline every time I activate the walk cycle. That's a lot of keyframing, even if it's mostly cut-and-paste.

Is there any way to set up the rig to bob the head automatically when the walk cycle is triggered ?

Cheers,

Harvey.
