I've seen your puppets.
I think the head is heavily distorted because the origin, which is the center of rotation for most of the parts, is placed around the chest.
I moved the Orijin to the correct position on each part.

I also removed the crown symbol because the head layer was independent. I also removed the crown mark on the feet as well.
