Hi there. I can't tell what's going on with this puppet. It's all named correctly as far as I can see, but whenever I try to do facial mocap it goes all haywire. You can access the puppet here:

I think the head is heavily distorted because the origin, which is the center of rotation for most of the parts, is placed around the chest. I moved the Orijin to the correct position on each part.I also removed the crown symbol because the head layer was independent. I also removed the crown mark on the feet as well.
