Love you, love your video tutorials.
Is it just me or is the character animator backup feature a nightmare?
When it crashes instead of helping you open the last project file, it reverts to week old versions.
And you lose days of work.
Please help me to figure out a workflow to backup my projects.
Saving a newer version is unworkable since it creates new copies and screws up asset locations.
The saves history versions in character animator are unusable. They offer zero backup of any reliable use.
This is a hellish way to work
Even if you saved the night before by closing the program clean. The next time it crashes it reverts to super old versions.
Spent 1 hour 28 minutes with tech support to no avail. Very nice tech guy, but no solution and I can’t find the file I’ve been working days on to perfect.
