Can't get webcam working

Hello, I am on PC. I can't seem to get my elgato HD60 sony cam to work in character animator. Every time I select it in the menu it either crashes the program or shows up for a second and then says "disconnected".

 

Any idea on how to fix this? I also have another external web cam that does the same thing.

I was able to solve my issue! In the device manager menu I looked under Cameras. Turns out I had drives for personify virtual camera universal that broke everything.
