Can't see character in Record or Stream

For some reason my character rig is not showing up in Record or Stream. Other characters show up fine if I import and drop them into the scene. The camera is set to fit the window and the character's X,Y,and Scale are all set to the defaults.

I thought maybe it was a cycle layers issue at first but I did a test where I removed all the cycle behaviors it still didn't show up. Any ideas on what the problem could be? I can send the character if needed.
