Can you cut out a portion of an .wav audio track from your project timeline?

 I'd like cut a portion of this .wav audio clip; I've already modified some of the visemes in other places so I don't want to delete the entire thing, edit it in Audition and re-import it. I'd like use the razor tool (or something comparable) and cut it while still in Character Animator.

Does anyone know how to do do this? Thanks and Happy New Year!

You can split the audio track twice before and after the bit to delete, then delete the middle but you don't want. You can just drag the edges to fine tune. It does not modify the audio file - only what subset of the audio file it's going to play.

Lol! No, I was on my phone - I was not at my computer to check the right menu item name! This video does not show splitting an audio track - just takes computed from audio track - but I am pretty sure you do the same thing on the audio clip at the top of the screen... https://youtu.be/Zbii4cxS_nQ

Select the audio, guide ur time-line to the area of the audio u want cut, and press cntrl-shift-D with the audio selected.
