CH Eyes Rigging

Hi, There, I'm brand new to Adobe CH and I have followed a Rigging Tutorial by Okay Samurai to create my puppet I can't get the eyes working, I feel like all of the layers are correct but after some troubleshooting i notice that my "Left/Right Pupil Range" "Left/Right Pupil Size" And "Left/Right Blink" Tags are all the size of the Canvas like 2000x2000 Pixels 

I created the Puppet in Procreate and then exported a PSD and tweaked it in PS if that would make any difference
