CH Internal error code:(70845333:4063+4)

Hello, 

I can't open any of the template characters offered in the character animator software. It comes up with an error code:

Internal error code:(70845333:4063+4) attempt to index upvalue '?' (a nil value)

I use a mac book pro with upto date 12.0.1 version. 

Can any one please help?

Hi,

I think there is something wrong with your current project.

Can you try to quit and re-run Character Animator (CH) with holding Option (Mac) or Alt (Win) key down?

If you hold option/alt key down when launching CH, CH will open a new project.
