CH lip sync changes (if possible)

I was wondering if you could change your pre-recorded audio lip-synch once it's already been sent out to a customer who doesn't have the Adobe creative cloud? Like can they change the audio on their end to provide their own words or do they need to be a subscriber in adobe as well? Thanks for all your help

I don't know if it's an option with the Starter version of CH which is free to use.
