Aloha All,
I am rigging a character and am having issues with the mouth tags. I've created a mouth group and all work except for the "W-Oo" tagged layer. The behaviours work fine for all the other mouth layers but I can't get the "W-Oo" to be recognized by the behaviours. I've tagged it properly and checked everything I can think of to check. Can anyone advise me on what to check or identify the problem?
Mahalo!

In the Rig workspace, check what the Lip Sync behavior's W-Oo shows -- does it show a number other than 0 for the number of matching tags it found? For example, this one for the Chloe (Photoshop) example puppet shows 2 matching W-Oo layers:

Could you give us more information about your problem? Is the Lip Sync behavior similar to what Jeff described?

I have similar issue and no, the number shows 0 for me. I have tagged everything properly but it doesn't show the numbers in lip sync area. What am I doing wrong?

I am assuming that you're not using manual jaw adjustment for your lipsync, correct? In that case the numbers should be greyed out and set to zero. Character Animator has changed a bit since that post went live 2 years ago. So, are you experiencing problems with lip sync and what are they?

Hello, thank you for your reply. I figured it out. I needed to add the "+" sign in photoshop for the mouth. I had trouble with lip sync that I wanted to add play cycle behavior (like Uh which has two drawings to make the mouth cycle the two mouth shapes) they were in a folder and I did not add "+" so character animator couldn't identify it. Thanks for your quick reply and follow up, I appreaciate it.
