Hello all,

I've been unablet to open a fairly large CH file and keep getting errors like the attached. I've seen a few other posts regarding this issue in CH but I've tried all the workarounds with copying the 252 data from the SQL file and updating the master but nothing has worked for me. This is a fairly large project and it would be a huge let down if there is no sort of recovery process on Adobe's end.

I made a copy of the project folder before I started messing around with the above, so hopefully someone will be able to help/point me in the right direction. Please help! Thanks.

I've not encountered this error, but I see that you're still using CH 4.4. The current version is CH 22. Maybe that could make a difference?

Hello! Thanks for your reply. If I open it up in the newest version of CH I get this error only, so it is still happening.

I'm sorry it didn't work. Hopefully someone from Adobe can offer a solution.
