Character Animator won't Launch

Hello All!

Unfortunately my Character Animator won't launch.

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled with all of the updates, whether I run it as administrator or not it always freezes either at:

Initializing  (Backend)

or

Skybox-random-blocks.prm

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I am using a Windows 10, Intel Core i7, Nvidia Geforce GTX.
