Character Animator

Can anyone please answer what should be a simple question but I cant find the answer on google....? How do I purchase Character animator?  I have illustrator, photoshop and animate, but would like Character Animator as well... it doesn't seem to be an option to add it on its own to add it to my package?

Character Animator is only available as part of an All Apps plan for Creative Cloud.
